Divisions
This year the State Speech Contest and the National Speech Contest are conducted under the following divisions. Applications are on a first-come basis, and the number of contestants is limited to 10 in High School Senior, 5 in Open Beginner and 10 in Open Division .
Background speakers can compete in either High School Senior or Open Division. Please see the eligibility for each division in the Contest Guide Eligibility Section.
